How do I check sizing?

Under each product you will find a size guide, this will tell you the size and ‘to fit’ measurement in inches. Make sure you check the sizing guide of different brands and styles as they can differ (i.e. there are no standard sizes).

Please note: These sizes are approximate and for guidance only. Be aware that some styles are designed to be worn fitted and others looser/baggy so the ‘to fit’ sizing may not be the actual size of garment. It is important to check sizes before you order as printed or embroidered garments cannot be returned.

How do I measure sizes?

Can I order samples?

Samples can be ordered, but due to the high administrative costs they will be charged for in full. The sample can be returned (if unworn and in their original packaging and not damaged in any way), returned samples are charged at 15% of the order price plus delivery charges. Samples must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

Please contact us: we are able to supply many more items than are listed on our website or in our brochures (viewed via Brochures on home page top menu bar).

How should I care for my printed or embroidered garment?

To prolong the life of your printed or embroidered garment please take care when laundering.

Embroidered garments can be washed up to 60˚C, printed garments can be washed up to 40˚C – please remember to check the garment care label prior to washing and always follow the gentlest care instructions (for example, if your embroidered polo shirt has max wash of 40˚C on its care label, wash at maximum 40˚C). Embroidered garments can be ironed on reverse with a cloth in-between, whereas printed garments should not be ironed over the decoration.

Do not bleach or tumble dry either printed or embroidered garments. Certain garments will have special wash instructions, please check the garment labels carefully.

How do I obtain a quote?

There are 3 easy ways to get a quote:

1. Browse our clothing, if you find what you are looking for, click add to quote. Select the quantity you are looking for, upload your logo and click submit.

2. If you know what you are looking for or are in a hurry, click on QUICK QUOTE, fill in your requirements and click submit.

3. Email us at sales@aspireworkclothing.co.uk with your requirements (including details of your logo).

How do I order?

You can order in 4 easy steps:

1. Choose your garments, sizes and colours.

2. Email us at sales@aspireworkclothing.co.uk with your order details along with your logo/design.

3. We will send you an order confirmation and once approved we will proceed with your order.

If you are a new customer or using a new logo/design we will send you a visual proof (printed garments) or an embroidered swatch (embroidered garments) for your approval prior to garments being embellished.

4. We will deliver to your chosen address.

Are there minimum order quantities?

There is a minimum order of 12 items on the initial order. These can be a mixture of garments, colours and sizes (e.g. 10 polo shirts and 2 sweatshirts). There are generally no minimum quantities on repeat orders. Certain items (including special order items) do have minimum quantities; we will let you know in advance if you are ordering any items with minimum quantities.

Are discounts available for large orders?

Yes. The more you order the lower the price. We like to build good working relationships with our customers so we look at your projected yearly spend with us and give you a price based on this. Our prices are subject to review twice per year.

Can I order plain items?

Yes. All our garments can be supplied plain or embellished with your logo.


Artwork Guidelines & Preparation

What is best, print or embroidery?

Print and embroidery both have their benefits depending on your logo, the garments being embellished, the size of your logo and the look that you want. Please click on our Embroider/Print page on the home page menu bar to find out more.

Do I need to send you my logo for a quote?

Yes please. To give you the most accurate price we need to see your logo (any file format is OK for a quote). Also as every logo is different we need to make sure it is OK for it to be printed or embroidered.

The higher the quality of the digital image the better it will look when printed or embroidered. We would prefer the image as a jpeg, png, ai or eps file. However, we are able to use most file formats including pdf and even a word document. Please try to send us the best digital image you have.

This depends on the logo and your personal preference. As a guide, left chest logos are between 85 – 100mm in width, and print on back is up to 280mm in width.

What will my logo look like embroidered or printed?

Once you have confirmed your order we will send you a proof so that you can see what your logo will look like before we go ahead onto the clothing. For embroidered garments, we will receive an embroidered swatch of your logo, this will be the size and using the exact thread colours as will be going on to your clothing. For print, you will receive an on-screen visual of your size and position of your logo.

Is there a logo set-up fee?

Yes. There is a one off set-up free for the logo/design for both print and embroidery. This is to enable us to convert your logo file into a format that be used for embroidery or print. Our set- up fee is currently £15.00 for embroidery and £15.00 for print.

If you wish to change your logo/design once the logo set-up has begun or the set-up logo has been approved additional charges may apply.



How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is currently free on orders over £250.00 (ex V.A.T.), otherwise an £8.95 (ex V.A.T.) delivery charge is applied per order for deliveries to the mainland UK and £16.95 (ex V.A.T.) for delivery to UK Islands and Highlands. Delivery charges are under continuous review.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

If you are a new customer we will need to setup your logo. This usually takes 5-7 working days to get either an embroidered swatch or a visual print proof to you. Once approved it usually takes 7-10 working days for delivery of your items (stock dependant) – busy times might cause a slight delay but we will keep you informed if this occurs.

For repeat orders, delivery is usually within 7-10 working days (stock dependent) so long as your logo/design stays the same.

If items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as we can and keep you updated on their expected arrival.


Payment & Prices

Do prices include or exclude V.A.T?

All garments are quoted excluding V.A.T, which will be chargeable at the current rate (20%).

What do the ‘£££’ price rating symbols mean?

To give you a guide as to the price of a garment, in comparison to other similar garments, we have rated each garment according to price.  For example, in the T-Shirt category, a T-Shirt with price rating of ‘£’ will be the least expensive, a T-Shirt with a price rating of ‘££’ will be the next expensive and a T-Shirt with a price rating of ‘£££’ will be the most expensive T-Shirt in that category.  Price varies according to the number of garments purchase so we hope the price rating helps.

When do I pay for the order?

If you are a new customer you will need to pay for your order once it has been confirmed prior to us proceeding with the order.

After your first order, if you prefer, we can set up a business account for you. We will then invoice you on delivery and full payment will be due within 30 days of the invoice date.



Can I return garments?

You can return items to us within 14 days of delivery, except items that have been embroidered or printed on or are special order. Returned items will incur a charge of 15% of the order price and you will need to arrange and pay for delivery. These items must be in their original condition, in their original packaging and suitable for re-sale.

Special order items and items that have been embroidered or printed on can only be returned if they are faulty or incorrect.

Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement, please let us know what you would like to return and the reason for requesting to return the item. We reserve the right to accept or refuse the return of any item, with the exception of faulty or incorrect items.
